Whitsunday Islands Spirit House (WISH) is a craft distillery producing small-batch Gin & Rum from locally sourced ingredients. Our products are inspired by some of our favourite places across our beautiful region; invoking memories of happy, relaxing times with good friends.
Blue Pearl Bay

Inspired by the turquoise waters of the Coral Sea our Blue Pearl Bay Gin’s flavour and colour comes from our secret mix of select botanicals and makes this Gin as beautiful as it is delicious.

Inspired by our home and the gateway to the Whitsundays our Pioneer Bay Gin is crafted in small batches from locally sourced sugar cane and select botanicals.
With a nod to the classic London Dry style, leading with juniper and light on the citrus, our Pioneer Bay Gin is perfect for a relaxing sundowner with friends

Our range of WISH gin features notes of hibiscus, blueberry and pomegranate, with each bottle bursting with local Aussie botanicals and flavours. Simply put – a bottle of WISH gin is a reminder of the good times (or gin times, rather).
Rum with a view

Made from sugar cane molasses from the fields surrounding Airlie Beach our Rum is currently maturing in our oak barrels and will be ready soon. We can’t wait to share our ‘Dark Spirit’ with you.
